Midafternoon Update: Interview Process On Track
According to a reporter I just spoke with, only 17 jury pool members remain in Judge Gordon's interviews, in which he is determining whether prospective jurors have an economic hardship that prevents their participation.
After the economic hardship questioning, prospects will be excused based on (1.) family relationship to Killen, or (2.) personal association with Killen.
From the looks of it, attorney voir dire really will begin on Wednesday.
